   Quick and efficient, looks like they are going to reduce the size of the unit as it has been stripped out apart from the online order collection point. A Chinese company has put in a takeover offer for approx £3 billion, Sainsbury's pais circa £10 billion for it. The CEO's are certainly worth their salaries NOT.

   We all know how much you hate processing returns, particularly those that were purchased via PayPal. But you cannot violate consumer rights because it’s inconvenient for you or because your systems don’t properly support an easy refund process via said payment method that you accept. Which is exactly what one of your staff members did today, it’s particularly a violation because the product was purchased online and collected. Now as usual I have to go through the process of contacting head office and getting the return authorised by them and then return to the store to be refunded. Argos. You have to get your act together with regards to refunds and returns, you are violating consumer rights. In the UK, consumers have legal rights to return goods and receive refunds under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights apply when goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. For online purchases, consumers also have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to change their mind and return items, even if not faulty.

   Fast Track service???? More like Slow Crawl. I was the only customer in the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes for my order. If that’s the speed when it’s quiet, I dread to think how long it takes when it’s actually busy. Definitely not living up to the name of FAST track!

   Went to the ordered online desk. The young lady there had obviously served several before I was called up. Extremely pleasant and helpful, she then went to the item slide and gave out everyones items as they arrived. Could not have been made quicker or efficient. We'll done young lady, an example to other young people. Hard working and polite. Top marks.

   Made a special trip to this store as the only store to have my item in stock, (telephone) collected drove home and started to un package to find it was a previous used return! Item had names/numbers in the phone book, missed calls and received calls in its memory, also in the instruction book was writing and codes from previous user! not impressed with this at all !! Not sure they check returns properly, lost faith in whether I am buying new or used.
