A plate of misery and depression. Overpriced rubbish and staff that don't have a clue. A coffee, 2 of these depressing baps and a bit of cake was nearly Β£30. Madness.

Nice cute place! I didnβt eat here but the fruit tea was good. Very nice staff too :)

Lovely staff and reasonable price, coffee (beans) was just okay. It was a quiet day on Wednesday so it was not too bad for the queue. That said, it does seem a bit slow for service and chaotic and perhaps a bit not the best with their coffee expertise. I do enjoy what I had luckily.

Very basic food, scones, soup, sandwiches. Not really any imagination when it comes to it. Prices are OK, salad was wilted and had olive with pits in it. Almost broke my teeth in it. (can the staff not mention it?) Staff otherwise nice enough, tho the guys brought out food with dirty hand and only grunted one towards us before leaving. Feels like this place has a lot more potential and a lot of it wasted. Tables and utensils are at least clean. I know nothing will change as they have no competition in the museum, but I can still voice my opinion.

Lovely space. Tidy and clean coffee shop. You had space around you , so you didn't feel all squashed in like sardines. Great feeling about the place. Coffee was hot, and the scones were delicious.

Only stopped in for hot drinks/snacks after going around the Folk museum, thought it was a bit expensive for what we got but I suppose that's expected these days no matter where you go.

Woeful experience. Can be immediately solved by the following. 1) putting someone in charge who understands the core of hospitality. 2) ensuring the cashier focuses on taking money not serving or warming food up. 3) if the food on offer is not 100% self service then demarcate ASAP. Simply find a process and stick to it. The number of compliants I heard from various walks of life and nationalities would shame the museum. Itβs not rocket science and if you truely are there for your visitors (which you should) then have a word with yourselves and improve. Be the best you can, else go home..
