   Had my daughters wedding reception on the 29th Dec 25 the room was dressed up all beautiful had a beautiful back drop for all your photos we Had cold buffet to start the day and wow there was everything u could think of cheese board pasta sea food platter with salmon then had hot food and same again just fantastic food couldn't fault it at all well done to who ever did all the food and staff on the day

   We booked The Longbow for my In laws 60th wedding anniversary for which we had around 50 guests. The service we received was absolutely amazing, the food for what we paid was top class, the DJ was excellent, the staff were so welcoming and supportive keeping note of drinks orders to help keep tally of the 2 drinks per person we paid for. Our family and the friends and neighbours of the guests of honour enjoyed themselves immensely and were we to need a venue in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use The Longbow again. We will be recommending it to anyone we know wants a venue and actually did to someone we saw looking at the venue. To add to the brilliance of the night before we also partook of the Sunday roast the following day which is also good quality and exceptional value!!

   Just had what might be the best carvery I’ve had in ages and yes, I’m still thinking about it. The roasties were next-level crispy (proper crunch on every bite), the mash was buttery and cloud-like, and the veg was fresh, colourful, and perfectly seasoned. The meats? Juicy, tender, carved just right – absolute perfection. And the gravy… honestly, it tied everything together so well I nearly asked for a jug to take home. It’s the kind of meal that makes you want a nap straight after, but in the best way possible. Already plotting my next trip back and yes, I will be saving room for seconds next time.

   Awesome place. Attended my brother's wedding. Very kid friendly with kids small park for play outside and inside had a soft play area for kids. Staff service was very ok and they communicated effectively.

   10 of us came today for a roast dinner, it was amazing. Not one bad word to say but a thousand good ones. Each mouthful was delicious and had such flavour. Meat was tender, the food was fresh, pudding was delicious. Lovely friendly pub with friendly staff & customers. Will be back again!

   Longbow is one of the loveliest places to either relax or party. The staff treat you like a family member and always cheerful and helpful. The food is lovely and I had a 60th there and the buffet was beautiful and tasty. I would recommend for any occasion. Thank you to dee especially for everything.

   Great location, lots of parking. Very child-friendly - with an indoor & outdoor play area. I used this place for mine & my boyfriend's 30th birthdays. It's free to hire, you just have to pay a deposit which is returnable after the party. It has a good capacity, plenty of seating and has a dance floor. Drink prices are reasonable and the bar staff are friendly enough. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to hire somewhere for a party.

   We hired a room here for a funeral wake, at an already stressful time with lots to plan, the staff made everything so much easier for us, Nothing was a problem for them, genuinely very nice people that went above and beyond to help, from start to finish. The food was perfect, great selection of drinks , nice large space, nice outside space, gated play area for the kids, and also very clean throughout!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, thank you so much to the staff for all of your efforts. Highly recommended to people looking to hold functions!
