   Booked them for a deep clean and they did a solid job. They arrived when they said they would, took their time with the details and didn’t cut corners. The place felt noticeably cleaner and fresher once they were done. Friendly, professional and easy to deal with.

   Their website highlights that the offer domestic cleaning services, not to hesitate to contact them and that they take on any type of work. Since selecting them as our preferred cleaners, I contacted them to be ignored each time they realised it was for domestic cleaning, I assume they are only interested in end of tenancy or office cleaning. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress to be told this.

   I’m so confused by the positive reviews on here. I’m sure they do a great job but I’m so baffed by their pricing.. spoke to Abraham on the phone - seems like a nice enough guy but his quotes contradict what’s on his site. I asked for a simple quote via email listing the rooms I wanted done for the whole flat which came to around £300 (totally reasonable- I just decided to get specialists to clean my carpets instead) and then decided I just wanted my kitchen deep cleaned and got a quote for £200… this made very little sense to me when I’ve had quotes from other decent cleaning companies quoting around £100 for a deep clean of cupboards, fridge, and oven. It wouldn’t have been a heavy duty clean, just the previous tenants couldn’t be bothered to wipe anything down so I wanted professionals in after I tried myself. I really wish these guys the best bc it looks like they’re the preference in Watford and in theory I’d love to support smaller businesses but not when I’m being shafted. Totally shocked.

   We used A B Woolley to clean our house recently and the service was top notch. We had some special requests which were accommodated. The team were professional and polite and did an overall great job. I was really impressed with how well our oven, hob and hood were cleaned! A member of the team accidentally damaged something in our bathroom and once informed, Abraham offered to pay for it which we were really pleased about. I would definitely recommend and use again!

   The response was unbelievably quick. The cleaner I contacted cancelled at the last minute and I contacted AB Wooley. The manager was with me in about 30 minutes and they moved in with their equipments in about an hour. I was impressed with their compliance with social distancing rules and the fact that they had their mask on all the time. They were friendly, professional, courteous and very good at what they do. The carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I could not believe how clean my kitchen and bathroom was when they left. They left no stone unturned. They are very knowledgeable skilled and experienced . The manager patiently answered all my questions during consultation and everything turned out better than he promised I recommend them for their excellent service and time management.
