   This was my first visit. I needed a new dress altered.(v neck too low). Louise was really friendly and helpful. She came up with several ideas to fix my issue. We decided on the best option. My dress was ready for collectio on time and the alteration was absolutely perfect.    I called desperately needing a last minute alteration, knowing there was a slim chance that any tailor would be able to fit me in. I was pleasantly surprised as they went above and beyond to help me. My dress was dropped off and fixed on the same day, in a matter of hours. The fee charged was very reasonable. The quality of work was exceptional. It wasn't an easy fix and they even took the time to sew the care label back on. All in all, perfect, trustworthy, professional and efficient!! Thank you.
