What is it with Caffe Nero? How do they manage to so steadfastly maintain the same hope-deducting experience wherever you go - matched by loos which you have to rub against the (usually horrid) bowl to enter + exit - + the floor of which should have a University dept studying full time for bio-weapons? Cappuccino, please. Do you want the Kenya coffee - our special right now. No added cost, same strength. OK 30p more. £4.20 for a regular cup. I grew up in the 1970s - which fortunately were dismal + grey - + pretty bleak all over. Caffe Nero really belongs there. Apart from that - helpful lady working there. She was nice. Sort out your loos, fellas.

Called in waiting 8 minutes to get a flat white and coffee ☕️ and 2 toastys just ignored by staff doing paperwork, as time was passing my parking was running out, in the end got 2 glasses of water, didn't buy anything. If you see a customer drop your paperwork and give them service.

I came here yesterday and got hot chocolate and a cheese and caramelized onion toastie. I must say the staff were so kind and hardworking and the food/drinks were amazing. My nan really enjoyed it, it was her first time visiting and she can't wait to go again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

it is frustrating to arrive at the store only to find that it is closed earlier than the posted hours. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and it is a inconvenience. I understand that there may be valid reasons for the store to close early from time to time, but it seems to be a regular occurrence. It is disrespectful to the customers who make the effort to come to the store and plan their shopping around the posted hours, only to find that the store is closed.

Absolute joke of a place ! get the feeling they don't want customers, they have air conditioning set to blow out cold air in winter and won't use proper cups as they can't be bothered now washing dishes, where's their pride in the job they are paid to do, comes from management, obviously area manger and coffee shop manager don't care which is a real shame as they have some good young staff who are being taught very lazy bad habits, used to be a great place to stop for a coffee.

The coffee/mocha was good as was the brownie but the place lacked a bit of tlc. Dirty windows outside. Dirty windowsills inside. Tables need cleared quickly if you don't provide a station for customers to help out by returning their cups etc when finished. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. ****update**** passed while walking the dog a few nights ago. Pleased to announce staff were busy cleaning the place. Windows spotless inside and out and the grime on the interior window sill/cill was now gone. Do the people that matter really read these reviews and react....im saying they do....well done. Keep up the good work.
