   Do not go here. Left clothing here for more than a week to be dry cleaned. A whole week has been the clothes still smell, it’s quite obvious he never did the work and because I paid upfront I can’t refuse payment. His logic is to ‘put perfume’ on the clothes and apparently he’s had many customers who picked up the clothes ‘whilst the clothes still stink and apparently don’t say anything to him’ waste of money, waste of time and overall stupid experience.

   I’d give Radisson Dry Cleaners 10* if I could! They dry cleaned my coat. The turn around time was tight, but they got it done. The coat was spotless! Amazing service. Thank you. Highly recommend!

   One star is to good for Radisson Dry Cleaners. My mum took a £200 coat to get drycleaned in March it's now May. Every time my mum calls all they kept saying was next week. When we asked for the manager the woman kept saying he was unavailable. Eventually we got a contact​ number for him which he never answered. When he did answer we explained the situation and he hung up. Eventually the coat turned up when we went to pick it up it had holes in both sleeves again we asked the woman in the shop for the manager but he was unavailable again. As he wasn't answering calls from my mum's phone as he knew the number we tried my phone to which he answered. Again we explained the situation and the state of the coat he said there was nothing he could do. I explained we had been in contact with citizens advice and they told us we had a right for a refund and money towards the coat they had damaged as it was not damaged when we took it in to which he agreed it wasn't. He said I will give back £25 of the £35 we had paid to get it cleaned as he had to order in the stuff to clean it. This dry cleaners is a complete joke and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away.
