Good experience using SAF Bingham for my service parts. Polite staff who was knowledgeable - he provided me with details of my correct air filter from a previous order. Price of parts came in less than from GSF/Euro car parts and quality seems good. Note that if you call up you might go through to the main store Long Eaton or Sutton if Bingham line is busy which caught me out but they were equally as helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that the website is improved. Its slow to load up options after entering Reg and not all items they stock are displayed which is behind the times vs their competitors. So I'd suggest that would improve customer experience and likely increase sales. But calling up or in person is my preferrence.
