Visited The Valve shop for keys, sadly had to return a further 2 times because they wouldn't work, after not working after a third visit I gave up and went to Timpsons in Daybrook Sainsbury's, keys were a few quid more but worked a treat and were guaranteed.
Absolute chaos on the inside but the guys inside know exactly where everything is and what they have. Very knowledgeable and helpful great pricing as well. 100% recommend and use

DONT ORDER FROM HERE… I ordered a part from this place and unfortunately it was the incorrect item that I needed. The box wasn’t opened what so ever and I rung the guy to return the item and he has completely refused to take the item back bearing in mind that it wasn’t cheap at all! He was completely inconsiderate about the situation and had attitude towards me when asking to return the item. If you ordered something online for example no matter what! You are able to return the item so I don’t understand why it’s different for the Valve shop. It’s unprofessional and you should be ashamed to be fair! You could of came to some sort of conclusion as a ‘business man’ rather than having attitude and refusing about the situation. Just don’t bother ordering from here.
