   Travelled 3hrs to purchase a set of leather seats with matching door cards that I had found via their eBay site. Poor communication from day one and usually only one to two word responses when they did get back to me. When I finally arrived, the near mint condition seats shown on the eBay store were unceremoniously pulled out of a musty shipping container covered in what I can only assume was white and green mould. Given that car seats consist of mostly foam, whatever moisture made the leather surface mouldy must have soaked deep into the foam, rendering them impossible to fully clean. The door cards could not be located even though I had told this company that I was going to travel to get them more than two days before, giving them more that enough time to have a quick look around for them. Unfortunately I went home empty handed and had to travel another 3 hours to get home. Hopefully some of their other items are better kept but I would NOT buy anything from this company without fully inspecting said item very carefully and in person.

   Travelled down from Sheffield from the initial contact via phone professional polite and obviously enjoys their job. Replaced and fitted my part at a very fair price guy doing it was knowledgeable in his field and did it really quickly. also helped in changing a fuse on the house instead of replacing the part which i thought it was like most wouldve to make more off you. Honest family run business.

   Unprofessional. Liars tell you parts are good. No issues. When you see bad damaged worse that you already have. You feel like slapping them in the face for lying. Ask for clear pictures and chase them. Don't waste your time going here for parts.
