   On the 11/10/25 purchased an iPad from this store and was served by a trainee. Who gave my Sales Card Voucher as my only receipt . As I wish to return this item as it will not accept my biometric finger print my local Argos store 350 miles away do not want to know . So I’m over £300 out of pocket for an item that doesn’t work for me that I have no guarantee for . NOT HAPPY

   Seem more interested in making sure you do everything on line went to collect an order and cancel another got told I should have and can do that all on line as staff there not interested in serving real people unless they have to! Well real people visiting the store and interacting with you keep you in a job! I remember years ago this store was teaming with products and displays everywhere now looks barren few refunded items sitting ins trolley, sad times indeed.

   Regularly served by a guy here who without a doubt always asks if I need a hand with anything, and gives 100% customer service at all times! He's great and always has a bit of a conversation based on what your getting. He deserves some praise as hes a good asset to the team! As are most of the staff here too.

   Wow amazing customer service! After having a faulty hoovered we needed a replacement. Jonno has the best customer service I have ever come across, he was very helpful and understanding with the issue. I also want to mention his manager Joe F, he helped us as well and was just as helpful and understanding. Both need to be recognised as they are a credit to Argos and both do their job very well! Thank you both so much :)

   Dysfunctional staff lacking common sense on last week's Sunday morning shift, simple tasks turned into an ordeal and rude so I agree with the many other poor reviews on here about this store. Argos senior management it seems you need to shake up the customer service culture in this store as it is being run by the "rizla crew" that likes to smoke by the main entrance to your store.
