   Adam was polite and friendly while being quick at responding and giving me a quote straight away with pictures as guidance. Shaun came today and was very polite, friendly and efficient, he done an amazing job on my front room carpet, stairs and landing. I honestly thought my front room carpet was beyond saveable with two toddlers, a new puppy and an adult cat. As well with my partner who is a recent amputee and struggles to take his shoe off his prosthetic leg which means he is wearing dirty shoes round the house. The carpet looks and smells amazing. It looks almost brand new again, I am now excited to put our Christmas tree up and have guests round knowing that the carpets are fresh and clean and no longer embarrassing to look at! No doubt I will be seeing them again in the future. The service was spectacular and the price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!

   What a fabulous, efficient, and honest local business. I contacted Adam at Riverside Cleaning on the back of a recommendation and I couldn't be happier. Not only was the service affordable and fairly priced, the result is incredible. Needed our "disgusting" sofa suite cleaned as it was full of stains and marks. I had little hopes and expected to be told it was too far gone, but no, Adam and Shaun worked their magic and it looks very close to brand new. I am now thinking of getting our staircase and carpets done throughout the house. I could not recommend highly enough

   Love it when a company and the individuals are passionate about doing the best job they can. We used RC after our office flooded due to road drains blocking, to dry out / disinfect and clean our carpets. They did a great thorough job returning the carpets to new, and even checked in on us over the following days to make sure there were no lingering smells.    Really impressed with this local team. What a difference they have made to our carpets! Adam and Sean were polite, friendly and really helpful. We had quite a bad stain on one of our upstairs carpets which Sean amazingly managed to remove. Great care was taken over both carpets and furniture. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!

They were quick to respond to my initial request, they were transparent on the time it would take to complete the work and the price they quoted was matched to the invoice amount. They do not use any harsh chemicals in their products, which is music to our ears, as we have puppies in the house. They were on time, professional, polite and communicated well.
