Excellent Service from start to finish , needed headlight bulbs changed was in and in 20 minutes at less then half the price of what dealers quoted me. Exceptionally polite and professional staff (to be precise dealers wanted juat over a £100 more then Halfords’ for same job )
Had a front and rear dash cam fitted to my wife's car. The equipment was on offer and the fitting service was convenient despite the holiday season. The fitting was fast and the technician took time to explain the settings. Saved over £100 and was fitted within 45 mins. I could have done it myself but £80 for the service and the hardwire kit was a bargain if it saved me hours of Google advice and freezing outside.

Visited for a bulb fit, and had a great experience. Chris (i think, young lad) greeted me as soon as i walked in and asked if i needed any help, told him what id come in for, he took my keys, settled my stresses and got on with the job. Returned a few hrs later to collect my car which was all finished, he also helped me purchase some oil for a top up. Everything was quick, efficient and had great customer service!
Had a great experience at Halfords, Chilwell. I needed a new car battery and was torn whether to fit it myself. I was served by a male with dark longish hair, tied back (Possibly called Theo) He treated me with respect, explained the products and offers available to me so that I could get the best deal and arranged a fitting quickly. We had a lighthearted conversation and he made the experience throughly positive!

I always nip in here for the bits I need like wing mirror glass or wipers. Great availability and ways to find the right version. Staff are very helpful too (like Chris today), and the store always looks neat and tidy.

Very very good and professional people, Someone there was life safer , he just check my rear bulb in my car and just twist it and now is operating, he didn’t charge me for his efforts. Really appreciate that, I can’t remember the name of this person but he was working in chilwell centr halfords at 8:30 he was woking in cashiers. Very helpful and i will suggest all my friends to go there
Brilliant bike for its price, would totally recommend to anyone. I got 16 miles out of a charge instead of 20 but I did go up a few hills. It's very comfortable and easy to ride and having the gears makes it even easier to ride without the electric
