I visited Notts Car Parts over the weekend and honestly had such a great experience. As a woman, I sometimes feel hesitant going into car shops or garages, worried I might get ripped off or talked down to, but Mo was absolutely fantastic. He was respectful, polite, and made me feel completely at ease. He went above and beyond- checked my oil, tested my battery, looked at my clutch, and even gave me the details of his trusted mechanic. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine, helpful, and honest! I cannot recommend Mo and ACM enough – brilliant customer service and someone you can truly trust!
I moved from Wollaton to Mapperley Top and this is still my go-to shop for bulbs/wipers etc. I’m a 28 year old female with a fiat 500. My knowledge of cars is low and I look like it! Every time I go here, they sort me out with whatever I need at a more than fair price and with a smile. Always worth the commute!
Biggest robbing garage! Charged my mother in law £24.50 for 2 brake lights and indicator bulbs! When her partner phoned later that day to query the price at a different branch, they said it should of been £15 MAX! One of the bulbs had only been changed a month prior at this same garage! Rude no customer service and want to try and rob you blind! Definitely wouldn't recommend!
Excellent place to buy all of your motoring parts, they will always go out of their way to help you. Not many of these places left and much cheaper than Halfords. Also great for classic car parts as they can pretty much get any part you need.
Popped in here as I needed new wiper blades. A friendly bloke came outside and took my old wipers off in seconds as I didn't know the size. He measured them with a tape measure, then gave me a price for new ones. They were a bit more than the ones I was buying at poundshops, but high quality Bosch. He said, I'll fit them for you! So I paid there and then as I couldn't refuse the offer. He came out and he put them on free of charge in under a minute. I think these quality wipers will last a lot longer than the cheap poundshop ones. Excellent friendly service which helped get my vehicle through the mot next day and highly recommended
Absolutely a nice place to get all sorts of products for your car.... the shop is just next to the Derby Road, directly opposite Shell petrol station on Priory Island. I am would highly recommend this shop to all drivers.
