   Place is a joke, although a already busy cafe within the complex they are that greedy they push just eat orders to, they aremore than take online orders from 13 year old kids, but when management addmittly say they got the order wrong, the so called manager with O customer care skills refuses to send the kid missing items or refund the child the difference. catch yourselves on Cafe Nero

   I use this branch regularly and the team are great, they work hard and make great coffee. I love the app to collect my stamps and also pay with one easy BEEP! The only downfall is that it can get super busy and the team often seem really under pressure. You get your coffee but you don't get a smile, which to be fair is understandable when they don't have a chance to breathe between customers. I'd say add in one more staff member to ease the pressure, you'd have a much happier team, they might actually crack a smile and then it's 5 stars!

3. HEALTH CARD ★☆☆☆☆

   Went there ,minutes before to collect a bag of pastries. The smirk I received from the curly haired staff is unforgettable for longtime. I thought about that all the way driving to home .. still don’t know what wrong have I done to her and other staff , to devalue and judge me within few seconds time ..seeing those people first time in my life. I have never seen this behaviour by anyone to a stray dog even. I’m not that worst cafe Nero…!!!

   Maybe I visited at a bad time (Monday evening), but I got the impression it had been a long day for one of the staff members. Coffee was too hot for human consumption and had to ask for the remaining part of our order that was missing. Will go elsewhere for a while.

   It's our first time there in Abbeycentre, terrible service from counter girls when ordering. Fooled by the looks of the new pistachio ice latte, tasteless, no pistachio flavor at all, looks no difference with our other ice latte. Not a happy experience.
