Over 5 quid for a bit of flat bread is crazy. There's one guy in here that spends more time looking at himself and fixing his hair than actually making coffee. Had to remake mine because he made it wrong (probably thinking about his hair). "would you like a hair with that?"

I've never waited less than 15 mins for a coffee here, even midweek... it's so slow compared to other coffee outlets and I'm not sure why?

Change the staff! Friday 20th June 2025. 1pm. No less than 6 staff. More than the customers in there when we arrived. No less than 3 guys behind the counter totally ignoring the customers coming in. Only one girl doing any work. Clearly bad management.

Every table needing cleaned and 3 staff standing behind the counter looking gormless and doing nothing. This place badly needs a manager.

A big shout out to Cristina. The best barista in town. She always deliver the flat white. Me and my husband always look forward to our morning coffee. She always deliver the best coffee when she’s working. The only reason we come to this place! Thank you and keep it up!

Lovely chai tea latte. Please have some gluten free food options

The never seem to have cold brews when ever I visit to get one for my wife and I think the coffee is so-so, nothing to get excited over. The staff though are the only redeeming thing about the place and cannot be faulted for the missgivings of a run of the mill coffee shop.

It's good coffee food of the toastie variety and sweet stuff. Basically bread based or nothing. Could be cleaner around the tables and always feels busy.

Called in as it wasn't too busy around 11am on a Tuesday morning, my mum uses a wheelchair and we sat in the concourse which was really echoes. We had a tea which wasn't hot and an expresso with a cup of hot milk on the side as my mum doesn't like strong coffee so it's easier for her to mix her own, I was given the tiniest jug of hot milk which I was astounded by but this was resolved . Now maybe I wasn't clear with my order but I am so disappointed by my visit.
