   Third time here in last few weeks.Never again. Lots of empty tables full of dishes and no-one clearing.Same as previous visits.I did ask to have a table cleared and was told they were too busy A girl came out and cleared one table and left the rest.People were clearing tables themselves.The girl who served me did not say hello or make eye contact .Surely Tesco can do better than this.

   Lady serving behind counter mis heard my daughter inlaw asking to cancel one of two frys ordered the lady took for two frys and was asked if she had taken off one she replied very abruptly no she didn't hear my daughter inlaw cancel it and got nasty with my daughter inlaw. Staying she would have to go into the till to cancel one fry makeing it seem lie she was annoid I myself said to her it wasn't my daughter inlaw fault that she didn't hear her. The lady tutted at me and mumbled then told me for my information she works there and has done for 11 yrs I myself worked 28 yrs in retail and know customer respect kindness and understanding is a key factor in retail and also customer care we are very disappointed and sorry to say although the food was beautiful we will not eat there again

   Previously you could swap out items in the fry for something else, like an extra sausage instead of mushrooms. This no longer allowed. Think I’ll go elsewhere in future.

   Cold waterd late, also who ever put this recipe together ? scrambled eggs with cold hard bacon served on a large bed of caramelised onions with taco mayonnaise served on a hard bun soo I sent it back and exchanged for a scone which crumbled into bits while cutting it £7

   Absolute let down. Counter assistant surly and rude. Tea served when paying. Fry came 20 minutes later.Cold bacon and cold mushrooms. Rest lukewarm.Cold tea! Apart from learning to serve hot meals, staff need to be trained in customer care.

   Staff here are ignorant do not acknowledge you or roll there eyes when you come to order. Rude when asked for a plate sent burnt chips and it seemed an issue to have them changed. So unprofessional and an absolute let down to tescos. No wonder your cafe is empty use clearly do qs little work as possible spend the most of the time we were here in the back and not out front standing for a while before anyone even comes out to assist you. All in all wouldn't be back
