   We dropped our wool red pattern rug off to Servicemaster on 6/12/25 to carry out full immersion cleaning in their workshop. The rug had seen some very heavy footfall over the last 6 months due to a major refurbishment so it was looking very ‘tired’ and faded. Five days later we got a call to pick up our rug. I could not wait to get it home and see the transformation and I was not disappointed. The rug looks fabulous and the richness of the red was just as good as when it was new. The pile was soft and thick. This is the first time I have used Servicemaster and I will certainly use again for my other rugs. I would certainly recommend them.

   Very pleased with the service from ServiceMaster Clean. Very helpful call with Denise ahead of booking, to explain their process and costs, with subsequent home collection on Friday and returned the following Wednesday. Our sheepskin rug, which we've had for several years now, looks lovely again and feels very soft. Would recommend the service and likely to use again for residential cleaning.

   Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!

   I dropped our living room rug off to the office for a full clean. It looks like new! We had attempted to clean it ourselves over the years but couldn’t come anywhere near the standard of Phil and his team. Phil was really helpful and communication was fantastic re providing a quote and discussing the clean at the beginning as well as arranging a last minute collection. Hopefully we’ll keep it looking nice for a good while but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Phil and the team again in future.

   I needed my carpets cleaned in my 4th floor flat (no lift). Philip at the office was professional and responsive. Particularly in finding a pragmatic solution to getting their heavy equipment up 4 flights of stairs. Christian and Anastas came to clean the carpets. They were on time, polite and professional and did a thorough job. Great service.
