   Outstanding Service from Manager Lauren ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Del Piero in Newtownards Shopping Centre and was really impressed. Manager Lauren went above and beyond – so friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The whole place had a welcoming vibe, service was quick, and the food was top notch. It’s great to see a manager so hands-on and passionate. Highly recommend popping in!

   We started coming here every Wednesday a couple of months ago & really love it. The food is amazing & the staff are outstanding. Kate is always willing to make you what you want if it isnt on the counter. We usually have baguettes for lunch & they are delicious. Completely recommend this place over & over.

   I stumbled upon this cafe during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised. The baristas really know how to make a perfect latte. I also tried their southern fried chicken sandwich, which was delicious. The bread was fresh, and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to relax or catch up on some work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Ordered for delivery with a voucher and we thought of a Saturday evening treat for ourselves (me and my wife). Since we had the voucher and also never tried del pieros since living in the town over 7 years. All I can say is I'm glad we didn't pay full price, quad burger that's been boiled and left in water for dear knows how long, literally the only taste was of stale water, lettuce was brown so probably weeks old and the same for the tomato, the nicest thing about the burger was the ketchup that I added to try and give some flavour. I love my food and it's bad when I don't finish a meal!! Wife said the exact same, I would take a double cheeseburger from McDonald's over this no joke. Chips were the same - ordered fries with cheese sauce and bacon, I would take a chip from McDonald's again over this, absolutely zero flavour. For the prices charged please use some herbs and spices!!!! Glad we had the voucher but I'm still forced to leave this negative review despite getting the food FOR FREE, we certainly won't be back & very disappointed with this being our first experience.

   Myself, my husband , son and his two children went to take a seat before ordering last Friday night at 6.45pm and were told that they had cleaned the seating area and we could only get take away. As they are open until 9pm I think this is rediculous. It seemed to me that the young girl wanted away early and didn’t want to have to clean the seating area after they closed at 9pm.

   I went to Del Pieros with little son recently and I was amazed about everything! Staff so lovely and always looking after us, my son loved his ice cream and coffee was best in town! I have to add this that it was a cleanest place aswell! So if you wanna have a wee coffee break and be look aftered Del pieros is the spot !

   Small, pokey corner site with tight seating. Thought we would give it a try anyway as we enjoy going to the one in Connswater Shopping Centre. Can't tell you what the food or coffee was like as we were ignored by the girl behind the counter - too busy doing nothing - as we stood waiting to put in our order! Gave up after what seemed like an age and just walked away - plenty of other cafes to go to who aren't doing you a favour by serving you! Sadly, I had to give them one star more than I wanted to otherwise I couldn't leave a review!
