Disappointed in the panini I got, chicken wasn't great tbh. Got wedges too which weren't cooked but to be fair the girl just refunded the money for those. Chocolate cake was nice and staff friendly enough. Probably wouldn't recommend coz I expect food to be cooked through.
Ordered the American breakfast for this place... And it was no more American that I am .. two white toast, two hash browns, two bacon, egg and two really cheap and nasty sausages... Now I wouldn't of minded so much but it cost £6 for this and was very disappointing. If your gonna charge that, all least you could use slight better quality products.. needless to say I will not be eating there again.
Went in this afternoon to get a cuppa and a toastie for me and my daughter, after getting the first cup of tea returned as there was things floating in it we sat for a bit waiting on food. After a couple got their fry who came in after us, i asked how long our toasties would be all 3 staff just looked at each other, they hadnt got my order even tho they had brought my tea from the order. The response was ' aw mate we need 2 toasties' there was no im sorry about this or anything. When i asked for a refund, it was given in cash as the fella didnt know how to refund it back to my card. Its more annoying that tbe girl took the order didnt even think to herself oh they still have no food and didnt question it. I think a hell of alot of customer service is needed. Tho according to one of the fellas he will be quitting his job as he hates it he told another customer.
This is our favourite little cafe in the shopping centre. The food is lovely and ther is a good selection to choose from. The staff are fairly regular now and are so so friendly. Many disabled people come in and the staff treat them with great care and respect, even getting their orders at the table. Love this place so much!!
Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated by a young girl this afternoon, at 16.50pm we went in for a bite to eat and we're quite abruptly told " hot food is finished as we close at 5.30"? Yet she proceeded to serve a guy soup and wheaten? Now excuse me if I'm wrong but soup is hot food.. We usually call in while shopping but will not be back after the way she spoke! Maybe she should do a bit of retraining in her people skills
