   Visited today with my partner, service was chaotic, tables not cleared and unclean, after complaining to a waitress we were approached by the supervisor, a rude and nasty individual who berated us in a most unpleasant manner, admitted the staff were untrained ( very obvious) this individual could neither cope or handle our criticism And her whole attitude was horrible.

   A good spot. Friendly staff - but not the quickest to clear the table even when not busy + not the hint of any noxious spray to disinfect it. Vegetable soup good - + came with brick of unsweetened wheaten bread. Very very good. Didn't need to ask for glass of water - which was nice. Pleasant experience. Recommend. ps: loo is fine too - clean + large.

   Bow Bells is a quaint little tea and coffee rooms space with a reasonable selection of eateries and bakes. The atmosphere and surrounding buildings add a great access point to many other facilities in the court and Bow Bells brings a serene vibe to the centre of it, with its colourful decorations and pleasant ambiance. Although the cinnamon rolls are a great addition to any tea time treat, not a great range of hot beverages to go with the selection of baked goods available. Baby changing facilities and easy access to tea rooms from street.

   Visited today and the food was very good the pulled beef hot sandwich was lovely, very nice large latte and staff helpful The surroundings a bit bland but you go for the food I suppose

   Meal was lovely but service was just okay. We went to sit down and was quickly told we need to order first. My elderly mum has walking difficulties and had to sit down. Why can't they do table service and get your order from the table. . It was very crowded and not much room between tables. They don't allow room for prams, walking aids, mobility scooters and even dogs that are allowed. Whilst I think it's lovely to see dogs in what about people who have allergies to dogs that are already eating. Needs to be thought through I feel a bit more.

   First time here, serving staff very helpful and friendly. Only had coffees and traybakes so couldn't rate food accurately but what we had was nice. Seemed quite busy so atmosphere was good.

   Service system doesn't appear to work. Get rid of order at counter. Secondly, coughing into your hand several times at the till and then handing me a glass with same hand put me right off... Don't think I will be rushing back.
