   After spending 2 months here as an in paitent (physio rehab) I can't ever praise the staff enough. The physio's, hca's and even cleaning staff were all amazing. Sadly it's let down by being treated as a stop gap for patients that require actual care or are waiting to be moved onto other services. Far too many mentally vulnerable patients or patients that suffering from illnesses over injuries. After being out for 3 weeks no follow up care and promises of equipment not followed through by Ward Manager Neil. Left in a similar situation to when I first arrived. Further update equipment which was promised has been put for review on 18/12/25 when I was discharged in November and an in paitent in January. Thank you sgain Neil for the incompetence

   My hearing aids had stopped working late afternoon, so I randomly dropped in the morning after. Before opening time a very friendly audiologist invited me in (without appointment) and sorted everything out. Gave me new parts and batteries. Outstanding service. Thank you so much!

   West Park hospital is a fantastic hospital, all staff are so helpful and professional. I spent over a month there and asked if I could stay longer when I was due to be sent home, food was good, I could not give West Park anything more than high praise. Thank you to all West Park staff for everything you did for me.

   It is clean, tidy and efficient little hospital. They maintain appointments time effectively and efficiently. The staff shows high level of professionalism. They were polite, respectful and friendly. There is free parking. It is located at the front of West park playground and field.

   A very clean and tidy little hospital with swift polite and efficient staff plus free parking. A lovely park opposite for a walk before or after your appointment too. All appointments have been dealt with professionally and with the same level of competence and efficiency.

   Stayed here after leaving new cross for re-hab staff are fantastic and looked after me very well nothing was to much trouble thank you ward 1 for your outstanding care.also like to say a big thank you to Kay she has been such a good help to me since i had my stroke in 2019 .and other health problems. You couldn't wish to meet a nicer person then Kay she is a lovely person .

   I didn't visit as a patient, but as an overseas nurse. The hospital serve as boot camp for the Royal Wolverhampton Trust. About 16 minutes Walkable distance from the students accommodation. It was an amazing 1 week of practical experience. Thanks to all the trainers
