   Booked for a deep clean of a rental flat which had already been cleaned. The first attempt was pointless, no attempt was made to lift a rug or move furniture. After complaining they came again and did a better job but still didn't do things like pull hair out of a shower trap. So after paying for a deep clean of a flat that was already cleaned I still had to do some cleaning myself.

   Ewelina is lovely, however this service is a mess. We had three different girls in the two months we employed their services, two of which did not clean properly (with one not finishing the job as she had to get to another job), and the third did not turn up on two occasions with no notice. On both occasions, we had to chase for several days to get in contact to find out why no-one showed up and when we'd get another cleaner in. The second time this happened, (a week and a half ago), we still have not heard from them at all despite trying to get in contact daily via telephone and email. We are yet to receive an explanation. Unfortunately it's too much hassle and for a business, we need to make sure our office is clean.
