My experience with PCS Group has been disappointing. The cleaning standards have been subpar, with cleaners failing to attend daily as agreed. On multiple occasions, areas that were supposed to be maintained were left untouched, raising concerns about the reliability of the service. Additionally, PCS Group attempted to invoice for hours that were not worked, which naturally led to a dispute. Rather than reviewing the hours worked and amending the issued invoices to resolve the matter, the company chose to escalate the issue legally without meaningful dialogue and accepted the suggested invoice amount after all. This approach was frustrating and unprofessional, showing a lack of willingness to address concerns fairly. Based on my dealings with PCS Group, I would not recommend their services to any business looking for a reliable and transparent cleaning provider.
