   Food was nice, but my tea never arrived. I was told it would come soon, but it never did. Usually drinks come before the food, and it was only a cup of tea, so it shouldn’t take that long. I waited around 40 minutes but still no drink. I didn’t bother asking again or requesting a refund because I had to leave shortly. Disappointed with the service.

   Fantastic service of great food! We recently used Castle 12 for a finger buffet for a family christening. Very easy to order good selection of fresh sandwiches and friendly delivery/set up. Really took the pressure off the day and all guests commented on the food. Thank you very much!

   Really fantastic cafe. I particularly recommend the Toasted Wraps. Fresh tasting and excellent choice of ingredients. Would easily beat boojum in terms of quality. Sandwiches are of excellent quality also. Value for money superb. Better than other nearby eateries and a good £2/3 cheaper.

   I had got platters made up for a party in work. There was such a good range of options and they were delicious and so filling. Castle 12 are the most reasonably priced sandwich shop in town. The staff are all so friendly and chatty which is always a bonus! I would definitely recommend giving them a go!

   I'm not feeling well so I thought I'd order soup! I ordered "Soup of the day" and it arrived fast and was GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! I was eating it as slow as I could to prolong it, it was that tasty! Thank you! :)

   If you're ordering the club sandwich, be sure to bring your appetite (or a mate), it's a beast!!! Honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The staff are so friendly as well. I will be back!
