   I've been using this place since back when it was Romac (SAF acquired the small local chain, so at its most fundamental level, it is the same store with a different name and supply network). The name changed, but the quality and service remained. For example, several years ago, I needed some copper grease at a time when copper grease was shockingly difficult to come by unless you wanted to go online and have something that may or may not have been good quality grease (or may or may not even have been copper grease) sent from somebody on eBay. I called, and unsurprisingly they didn't have any in stock; and didn't even have an ETA when any of their suppliers would be able to get any. But, our friendly neighbourhood motor-factors man went on a mission, and called around until he found some promotional sachets in one of the other branches. He had them shipped over and gave me a call to let me know what he had done. I want to emphasise, all of this was done off his own back, and was a complete surprise to me. We have a couple of vehicles, and one (an Hyundai NX4 Tucson) is decidedly more difficult to find parts for than it should be, because so many parts have two possibilities, but they are not interchangeable. So some of the 2023 Tucsons need one version of the part, the other 2023 Tucsons need the other version of the part. Not once have I seen an ounce of frustration when I've needed parts, even when I've had to come back and because we decided to go with the wrong option. I'm a creature of habit, so I like to stick with what I know. But I also have (some would say unreasonably) high standards, so it takes very little to make me switch away from a store, permanently. I ended up trying Romac after years of exclusively using what used to be Mota Point down in Langley Mill. Ever since I have exclusively used this store. The customer service is second to none, the product range equally so.

   Excellent old fashioned customer service. Counter lads know what they are doing, and are able to order parts swiftly if not in stock.
