   Hi ,l am to Old now for working on Cars, Hence l looked local for a Garage l used before.Kam Heanor was on my bus route so all seemed handy. l wanted tyres for my AWD Ssangyong Korando, 3 were mentioned on advisories when l took it for MOT.. Being Old School l wanted all matching tyres..... Price was a worry, but after talking with the chaps there, l was well happy with the price quoted for 4 quality tyres plus the organising suitable times for me.. the speed of doing the job All went very well plus l still had a few quid left in my wallet. Thanks to all staff there and l will definitly be back when l need anything doing on my car again. Thanks Ernie.

   Like for like swap of a Focus RS throttle body on my Focus ST. The guys at Heanor have looked after the car for nearly a week, having identified a fault and VERY patiently waited for parts delivery from a 3rd party supplier. Excellent service and communication, top notch.

   Really great level of service here. I have a lease car through work, and due to high mileage it goes for a full service roughly every 6 months. The last 4 of which have been done with KAM servicing in Heanor. Every time work has been done to a high standard, they always communicate well with me how long things will take, and any changes to this. Staff always friendly and polite. Always my first choice garage for servicing.

   I went to kam servicing for my mot. It was a great service and with me being self-employed and needing my vehicle for my work. They're open at weekends so great for me so I didn't need to take time out of work . Great price too.

   Booked in for a MOT and to enquire about a service told us the service price and we told them we could get cheaper elsewhere, the MOT failed as one tyer was damaged just asked them to replace one tyer - when we went to pick the car up they had serviced it anyway and told us we had to pay even though we told them multiple time we DO NOT WANT A SERVICE AS WE COULD GET A CHEAPER SERVICE DONE ELSEWHERE! Very upsetting

   After breaking down, the AA towed my daughters DS3 to KAM (the only available garage to effect a repair quickly) - 4 new diesel injectors were fitted. A week later, after some rough running, 2 injectors clamps were found broken and the other 2 were clamped down too tightly (far beyond torque specification). It appears that over tightening had lead to these failures. On contact, the KAM desk manager denied any responsibility stating that all clamps would have failed at the same time if KAM had been at fault. A laughable response to the educated and highlighting the true competence and integrity of this establishment.
