Great experience with M&A cleaning. My grandmothers mobility has changed significantly in the last few months and I booked M&A cleaning for a deep clean of her flat. The service we received from two polite and friendly cleaners was excellent. My grandmother was anxious to have cleaners after being able to do everything herself for the last 60 years, and she was very pleased with the service. I will definitely book M&A cleaning services again.

Really good deep clean of our new house before moving in. Good comms although a little slow to confirm timings and a little late arriving, but only a minor issue. One or two spots missed but overall very good job and good value. Would use again.
The cleaner did an incredible job cleaning our home, it’s never been so shiny! She worked fast and was very professional. The administrators are also very responsive on emails and on the phone. Would definitely recommend!
DO NOT USE!!!! Turned up an hour late - 2 Cleaners for 4 hours and this is the standard of the work despite the house being empty and specifically asking for the bathroom to be deep cleaned! Called to tell them, after not picking up 17 times they WhatsApp me have given me every excuse possible like “not enough time” and “it was an estimate”, even though they told us how long they needed after we told them the size of the house and what needed to be done!!! Could not recommend less and genuinely cannot believe this are operating under this standard!
