   Have been a patient here for years. Doctors and Reception are so helpful and I never struggle to get an appointment. All practices can learn from them on how a practice should be run.

   What an amazing Dr's surgery this is. With an amazing group of staff from the receptionists Drs & nurses. You hardly ever have to wait for an appointment, you get seen the same day or have a telephone call. What more can anyone ask for. I can't believe people can find fault with the surgery. I really can't see how people can find fault from a fantastic surgery.

   Used to be a brilliant surgery. Now been trying 3 weeks to get an appointment. There's no help. They just tell you to keep trying. You'll have more luck winning the lottery. Really upset because I'm in a lot of pain, walk in centre told me to go to GP. GP has no appointments. I'll end up in A&E, and Northway still wont care. Just dont know what's happened to this place. There's no point in complaining or anything, they just tell you to keep trying every morning in the 8am dash. Really having a hard time with this now. I need help.

   Joined the surgery a year ago or so and all was good felt like I was took seriously and appointments were quick but as of late (2025) it seems to have gone down hill regarding booking and also not even being able to see a doctor but a paramedic instead who for the majority of the time brushes off your concerns and seems to use google as the source of their diagnosis. As of now I wouldn’t recommend this surgery if you feel you may have something seriously with you .

   My wife and I have only recently joined this practice after moving into the area and so far i cannot fault them, they are attentive, helpful, considerate and informative, in this current climate of a lot of General Practitioners not really meeting the grade and falling short of expected service. Northway Medical Practice sets the bar well and truly higher. My wife has had direct contact back from GP's and not messages passed via reception staff and we feel like the surgery makes it their ethos to offer a person centred care approach so that we feel valued. Incredible and should be awarded for such patient care. I really hope this continues.

   Never Had a problem with the Medical staff at the surgery, but bee on your toes with the Counter Staff. Like all NHS underpaid understaffed.

   Have never had an issue with the doctors or the reception staff, they're all lovely. My stars are not related to their professionalism but are related to the difficulty I've always had when attempting to get through, the phone is always engaged which can be quite frustrating when you need to speak to a doctor.

   This has been my Doctors surgery for over 30 years since i was a child. Can be difficult to get an appointment at times but this is like any other doctors surgery. I couldnt get an appointment once when suffering from bad anxiety but they managed to get me in when i explained how ill i was. Dr H Moran is an excellent doctor and extremely thorough.
