Paid 280£. Cleaner didn’t do a good job. She informed me “this is how it is done here”. Anyways I trusted her but in the end I lost my deposit. Review not fake and just honest. “Can’t find in the system” - not good enough.
The cleaning of flats I manage plus carpet steam cleaning has always been great. Also, the time keeping and communication has always been excellent. I have also used the carpet steam cleaning service for my own home with the results being superb!

Had a night out and threw up all over my buildings stair carpets. I was really stressed the next morning, as it was a Sunday and I thought I wouldn’t get anywhere to clean it that day, but after sending an email for a quote I got a call back immediately and had the carpet cleaned all about 2 hours after contact. Dimitar did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, he came to us at short notice which was much appreciated and now they look brand new! He is very knowledgeable about what is required for each material and takes care to do very thorough work. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
