Great service. Super friendly staff. So glad i found this garage. Definitely our go to now. Even my teen daughter was impressed with the staff and anyone with a teen knows how limited that praise is.
Brought my ep3 civic here for tyre change twice. Quick and friendly service (even sorted my binding brake shield for free). Guy who works at counter (didn’t get his name)is super friendly. Had a great chat with him. Highly recommended
Really good experience. Bought the tyres online with a good selection to choose from and cheaper than the other main companies. I was able to select date and time to suit my needs. Friendly staff and easy check in. All done in about 40 mins and a nice friendly call to inform me my car was ready. Also checked condition of other tyres an fluids as a free service. Very pleased overall and will use again.

Popped by late evening after having an issue with a front bumper and tried my luck before asking around bodywork specific garages and they had no issue taking a look and managing to sort it in literally 15 minutes. Both the female on the reception desk and the males who managed to fix it (forgive me I didn’t get names in the midst of it all) were super friendly and I couldn’t be more thankful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any car related issues that falls under their services.
Absolutely useless. I asked for them to do a diagnostic check on my vehicle as the engine management light had come on. They couldn't be bothered, a five minute job. I wouldn't waste my time with them.
Do not use, they will rip you off. So I got a quote from Loughborough halfords autocenter for a timing belt and water pump for £489.65, then a few hours later from Long Eaton one, which by the way is only 20 miles difference, its not as if there on the other side of the country, qoute from long Eaton £618.17, that's a £128.52 for the same job, both quotes came on same day so it's not like a week difference. Do not use halfords autocenter if you don't want to get rip, do your homework before using these con artists. I have all the proof so more then happy for management to contact me.
5 star experience. Another garage canceled my MOT at the very last minute. Luckily, Halfords Autocentre Long Eaton had available slots the next day. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. This is a garage I'm planning on using again for routine and emergency car issues. Also, as a bonus, they have a customer toilet - I didn't use it but always appreciate it when there's one available.
Excellent customer service. Caroline on reception was friendly and informative and kept me updated on costs and timings. Work completed on time and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
Honestly don't even know where to start with these clowns. If I could leave minus stars I would. Firstly, they had our big company van last year for a service, brakes pads and discs. slow service but never the less they seemed to do a decent job until I drove away and the brake warning light was still on. After having the conversation with the manager at the time and after a brief check around the wheels it was evident a member of staff had damaged/snapped the brake warning sensor cable. Not too much of an issue as they promised to replace once the van went back in. This year I rang Halfords to carry out a mot and service on the same vehicle. I was away for four days at the start of September so rang them to book it in and get the work done whilst I was not at work. 2 days in and still not heard anything. I rang them up only to be told that the van couldn't be mot'd or serviced because 'the other manager' forgot to log it in to be lifted on the class 7 ramp. I was the told to leave the van with them for the next two weeks and they would book it in and bring it forward if they could. To elaborate - I did ring them nearly two weeks in advance and requested a class 7, and stated the van had been to them before. Absolute jokers to say the least. You choose these big names in the hope you get looked after more and get provided with a better service. Clearly this isn't the case at this shambles of a garage. I will never return or shop at a Halfords again.
