“Integrated Bosch Series 8 Washing Machine Supply and fit. From the first point of contact with Jo - really helpful, knowledgeable and no sales pressure. Terry (Manager) later contacted in Jo's absence - he was very reassuring that there was nothing to worry about the new machine fitting into the space of the old one. I paid for their fitting and recycling of the old Washer. Richard the installer did a great job in removing the old and fitting the new Washer. He was really friendly, patient and thorough with the installation. He treated my home with respect and care and the install was completed without any damage to my units. Even vacuumed under the units when he removed the plinth. Finished by sealing the plinth to the floor tiles. A credit to the company!”

Both the female on the reception desk and the males who managed to fix it (forgive me I didn’t get names in the midst of it all) were super friendly and I couldn’t be more thankful.
