My cat isn't registered here but when she had a severe eye injury on Saturday morning and my own vets was unable to staff the surgery they agreed to help. Within an hour she was admitted for emergency surgery and treatmented within a few hours. I got regular updates from the staff before and after the surgery. Esme was made comfortable, very well looked after and is now home recovering. All the staffing are really friendly and helpful.

The vets are always kind and lovely with my dog , so are most of the staff. I have only come across one member of staff that has been rather abrasive when dealing with telephone calls. The rest l have no complaints.

Ashfield are brilliant vets. On my last visit tho they kept me waiting half an hour. I checked in as usual but after people arriving after me were seen - i went to the desk and they realised they had deleted my appointment. No problem - i wud be seen next- except i wasnt!. After half an hour and me expressing my annoyance i was finally seen. I received a lot of apologies- but someone needs a little retraining on the computer. My cat was very stressed and so was i. Other than that they are brilliant

Every vet we’ve seen with our 3 cats at Ashfield has been amazing. The reception staff also very helpful. We have Petplan in place which covers inoculation and flea/worming which is a great help ☺️ happy moggy

We have used Ashfield for a number of years. They assisted us when our beloved Pipkin had to cross the rainbow bridge and were so kind and caring. We now have another little man PJ who is now being under the care of Ashfield and will be for alot more years to come.

I’d really recommend Ashfield. They recently looked after our very ill cat and were incredibly kind and professional throughout (to the cat and the humans!) They were clear about different options for her treatment, the costs involved and the prognosis, which helped us make informed decisions. Our little one very sadly didn’t make it as her condition was too severe, but the attentive care of the staff at Ashfield made a very difficult time much more bearable than it could’ve been. Lovely people and lovely service, thank you all.

We have been using these vets for many years. They have always been helpful and compassionate during our visits. Through happy times and sad. Just posting this in memory of our beautiful girl Lilly, who we sadly had to say goodbye to. So young, 6/5/21 - 19/2/23. We were given as much time as needed with her, and they sorted all the arrangements after. Thank you so much to all the staff involved ❤️

Ripping people off! Context here, charging £50 more for basic tablets than the local pharmacy (that also does Pet products). Sure I get you have overheads but £50 more on a repeat prescription is robbery regardless! I see I am not the only person who's mentioned this. Advice to people seeing this, find another Vets outside the local area. Disgusting!

I have been using ashfield now for over 15 years and always have a great experience. The staff have always been lovely towards my dogs and give them the best care. They are not pushy towards you to make decisions and everything is done at a pace that suits you and your pet. I will always recommend this practice!

I have been using Ashfield Vets for over 10 years. They have supported me with general check ups for my dogs, to emergency out of hours appointments, to heartbreaking moments. The staff are amazing, Emma Harrold and Jane Broughton on reception always go above and beyond to help me. The vets such as Charlotte and Ben are so knowledgeable and caring. Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vet Emily who has been so informative, compassionate and helpful. Thank you Ashfield team.
