    Rung this morning for a quote, 4 hours later they got back to me with a really high quote and when I said ok, they said I would have to wait 2 months for the repair if I wanted a courtesy car. They just didn't want the work.

    My son-in-law bought a car from the dealer a couple of months ago, having had good service previously. Unfortunately, on this occasion the service he received over the phone was terrible. The was a known fault on the vehicle but no attempt was made to rectify the problem. To the point they were ignoring his calls. This had gone on for a couple of months! I suggested going in to take face to face with the service manager. He met us and explained he was new and had been in training at the point of sale, so wasn't aware of all of this issues. Once explained, he arranged for a loan car and promised to resolve the issue. We were very pleased with the service manager's actions, and thought though it was a shame this could not have been sorted sooner. At least we know now who to contact in the future.
