We got the baby grilla and big grilla burgers, peppercorn chips and were given a cheesecake to try which was delicious… absolutely massive portions for the price! Food was very tasty, especially the peppercorn chips!! Would recommend if you’re looking a quick yummy takeaway :)
Recently been taken over by new Management and I was dying to try it out, cuz I've always been a fan ...best ever fry, not a bit greasy and my mushrooms -which I love cremated were fried to my perfection!! My kids loved their rainbow cake as always too (I took this home for them.)

Love visiting when home, staff although busy are always attentive, friendly and helpful. Menu is so varied we are spoiled for choice! Food is always freshly prepared and delish! Prices are hard to beat! Happy to recommend and will be back soon.
Terrific cafe on the Shankill Road, Belfast. There's a great menu and the food is always good. I got the Tower steakburger, chips and a cappuccino on my visit. It's popular with the locals, which is always a good sign. The staff are friendly and popped by to check I was enjoying my meal. Nice place to come into and relax. There's no difficulty getting free parking on the streets around here and it's a good place to wander around the local shops.
I have heard the phrase hidden gems used about little places that you wouldn't expect to be so good in other areas around Belfast and I can honestly say that the old tea room on the Shankill is one of these hidden gems and it right on my doorstep.. The staff are friendly and attentive.. The food is amazing and the cakes... Mind blowing... Also every table is protected from other tables buy a clear screen so they have went above and beyond on safety... Give the place a try you won't be disappointed!
