    The staff was friendly. But the toilets where dirty, the floors seating and tables where all dirty. It wasnt that busy. And the toilet had a code, so you have to ask for it infront of other people. And it was stinky. If you are going to lock your toilets up like Fort Knox, at least have it clean. And have a bottle of sanitizer out. Staff dint have any for themselves or guests. Clean up a little.

    Great coffee as always. But by God the staff member that served me needs to take a good look at her attitude. Not only did she have an attitude but made me feel extremely uncomfortable the whole time I was there!!! Definitely won't return to this store.

    Going to Starbucks is a great all round experience for me. The staff are wonderful in the Lisburn Road branch and the service 5 star.

    First time here , coffees are fine , place is full of empty cluttered dirty tables, staff standing about chatting . On phones, when we went to see if any nice chilled food two staff standing chatting to each other offered us no advice when we mentioned about no gluten free options other than a single egg sandwich, my heavily pregnant daughter went to use toilet facilities which were overflown in one and toilet seat had urine all over it , all in all barely a two star experience very disappointing considering 5 staff on duty and only 10 people including us in the shop , no attempts being made to clean , I had to clear my own table and watch another lady cleared hers

    Hey, it’s a Starbucks offering a normal Starbucks experience. Spacious seating, consistent coffee and offerings. We sat by the door and counted how many people pulled on the one door that was locked before entering through the open door. Good fun. I guess if you’re on a mission to check off going to every Starbucks in the world I would recommend.

    On Monday afternoon I ordered a salted pretzel hot chocolate and the order was wrong twice. In the end the girl just gave me the signature chocolate with sprinkles . Thinking it was a fluke we went again today. This time we ordered a chai tea latte but got chocolate ! Seriously something must be wrong with the till or something!

    Loads of space, good, quiet atmosphere to work in with a laptop/tablet if required. When I went in there was very little queue, but bearing in mind its location near QUB medical building, I would guess that it can get quite busy. Good seating area outside; perfect for watching the world go by and a bit of sneaky people watching. Coffee not bad either and service quicker than other Starbucks I've been in.
