I go to this Starbucks almost every morning before work (and sometimes again on my break), and honestly, the staff are just so lovely. Most of them are super friendly and take the time to chat or at least give a genuine smile, which makes such a difference when you’re half-asleep before work. You can tell they really put effort into their service and care about the customers. It’s always busy in there, and I feel bad seeing how much they have to juggle, but they still manage to keep things running smoothly with such positive energy. It’s a really nice start to my day and definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.

All the atmosphere of a morgue. Dirty, stinking toilets, sullen staff and prices to make your hair stand on end. 3 different coffee types asked for, nah we dont have the syrup for that. What's not to like?

All I can say is how half these member if staff are still in their jobs in beyond me. They're all so miserable and unprofessional. I was sitting near the chalkboard and could hear the staff talking never negatively and unprofessionally regarding another member of staff. For the price you pay for a coffee and a pastry you expect it to be what asked for but all I got was a watered down no foam "latte" and a croissant they gave me in plastic from under the case. The management seriously needs to looked into this store

Service was far too slow. Was served our hot items and food straight away but had to wait between 10-15 mins for 2 drinks even though 6 members of staff behind counter. Food and drinks were nice.

Could not recommend the Perfect Porridge. Absolutely tasteless - like cardboard. No options to have with it like fruit, honey, jam which I’d have needed. A wooden spoon didn’t help with the cardboard flavour. Best porridge is CaffΓ¨ Nero which is mixed and poured into a bowl - even Costas is eugh and it comes in similar packaging as Starbucks. Tea is amazing - best tea out there. Though no skimmed milk set out in a dispenser - just whole and semi. Had to ask and got a bottle slid towards me. The whole place is dark, noisy and cold. Not comfortable to sit for any length of time. It’s just a big warehouse unit with dark woods and metals. Parking is fine just outside the door. A few people working from here but the lighting isn’t great for that. Some sockets about to power electronics. Spacious enough that I feel I could leave my work things and order another tea. Don’t feel I could do that in CaffΓ¨ Nero or Costa Coffee. All on ground floor including toilets. Could do with a clean as some seats and the floor underneath had crumbs

Looking at previous reviews regarding toilets 6 months ago I'm afraid there has been no improvement. No soap, no toilet roll with empty toilet roll on the floor. Very surprised that this issue has not been rectified due to previous reviews highlighting it and there seemed to be plenty of staff around.

To be honest I won't be back expensive cold and unappealing I don't normally have bad things to say but I wasn't unimpressed dirty seats over priced muddy brown water sorry. (hot chocolate) I don't know if it was the fact we where late in. Still an hour before closing and the staff seemed to be winding up for the day. But really not a pleasant experience. Like I say over priced tasteless cold....... Very poor All round

There is no atmosphere as just lots of noise because of the open-plan. The place was busy and staff were working like machines heads down and no customer interaction.

Restaurant looked good, and was busy, but where our table was, I didn't particularly like the seating as people were trying to get passed me and felt there was much room, so they kept squeezing through as i had my back to them. A tad annoying. The menu I found very limited, I found there was more to offer on the drinks section than the food. The presentation was good, but with it reading in Italian which is fine, there should have been English written too, as it would have helped to describe the food I had the pizza, but disappointed when it arrived. It looked fine but very bland with mediocre toppings. The parmesan fries were just ok, but again bland. Staff were ok although they were busy, I asked for the WiFi code for my son, and they forgot to get it. I had to remind them again, which they did apologise for the delay and eventually received it. I doubt I will be returning in the future, but definitely need a bigger menu and an English section please! It did look presentable and clean.
