Call into this establishment regularly throughout the week and today was an absolute shock to see the conditions the staff were working in. Problems with a dishwasher & water as a whole as the toilet taps were not working! A team of girls all running around trying to keep up with the insane rush of people I can’t even imagine how much dishes them poor girls had to do. Absolutely amazing how they remained so positive to everyone and how quick they were able to work. Seems like an issue that needs to be resolved quickly. 2 stars for the appalling working conditions of your staff but 5 stars for the service & staff that were working today they are a massive credit to your business.

Staff flustered and threw food on tray. Food not fresh, salad slimy and wilted. Expensive for what we got.

Avocado smash , the avocado wasn’t ripe and rock solid couldn’t eat it as it was sooooo bitter . The other order was breakfast soda , asked for a hard egg , was on receipt’ had to send back as hot a soft egg. Staff lovely food abismol !

We had breakfast and the quality was good but breakfast menu range was very limited. Friendly staff but don’t seem in control! At the counter I repeatedly ordered two veg breakfasts with poached eggs and another with scrambled egg. We got one of the two poached egg breakfasts. My sister in law went and paid for the missing one.

Great wee Spot but now that marks and Spencer has no coffee house it is packed. They run out of scones about half ten which isn't ideal. Make more scones they won't go to waste.

This is a great venue for Syne & Byrne. We have been numerous times for lunch and also coffee mornings and afternoons with lovely fresh warm scones and delicious traybakes. Staff always friendly and very efficient. Good open spaces with plenty of tables. Toilets modern and clean. Just follow the escalator upstairs when entering Harvey Norman Home Center
