   Hi . Joined the practice this week. Staff have been very helpful, polite. Long may it continue Brilliant service today ( 01/07/25) I filled in the online form, had a telephone consultation on the same day. GP requested to see me in the afternoon. Blood tests arranged. Honestly brilliant. So happy I changed to Tettenhall MP

   Not the surgery it once was - uncaring and rude staff and Drs just can't be bothered - if you can get anywhere near them they don't want to come near speaking to you from the other side of the room and then give the wrong advice - One phone no and no email - long wait to speak to receptionist and then phone consultation for two weeks away - very disappointing

   I can't praise this Medical Practice highly enough. We have always found the Receptionists to be extremely helpful and accomodating. Throughout the lockdown and continuing we have been able to speak to a Doctor and have face to face appointments if necessary. Their organisation of the Covid vaccination programme has been excellent. While people can only speak as they find it must be terribly demoralising for Staff to read such negative reviews.

   Telephone appointments are almost impossible to get, with waiting times varying from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the doctor you wish to see. Forget face to face meetings. Receptionists very uncaring, no empathy or sympathy. Just told to go to Newcross A&E. Phoned 111 and got a telephone appointment the same day. So whats going on there then?

   I've seen 4 different doctors here, all exceptionally rude and dismissive. They're under a lot of pressure, but by not making patients feel safe to discuss healthcare problems, they're not doing their job.
