   I just visited the Warstones Health Centre for a blood test, and due to unforeseen circumstances such as unpublicized road works and bus diversions I was 45 minutes late. I am indebted to the lady on reception and Harriet who took my blood, for fitting me in. Many thanks for your help and assistance.

   Went in for mental health assessment to be told I have ptsd and wasn't offered anything to help, not even the assessment, medication or therapy options, just left. I also informed him I need an appointment for My smear test via the hospital to be given a small scrap of paper with the cytology number on and told to sort it myself. Absolute joke

   I have been with this surgery for 18 months and have never found it difficult to get an appointment. The wait to see the GP may have been longer than I expected, my appointment was 10:30, and was seen at 11:40 but the service was fantastic, I was listened too and treated with respect and dignity. It was worth the wait, I wasn’t rushed out of the door. They care and I’m guessing that’s why the clinic fell behind schedule. Well done for being caring and empathetic

   Poor service, each receptionist says something different everytime I call for an appointment, one minute they do pre-bookable appointments and then another it's on the day only etc. Received a text to book an appt for my daughter regarding her abnormal blood results, called surgery to be told I need to call back at 8am the next day, I was more than happy to wait for appt and have it pre-booked as its impossible to get through at 8am, but was told this wasn't allowed. I spent 1 hour and 46 mins in the que to be told that! Shocking! Going into the surgery this afternoon to speak with practice manager or at least get an appointment to have a meeting with her before I make an official complaint and report to CQC. Something needs to change, this surgery was great when Dr De Rosa and Dr Williams had it.

   Like the views of many...how can a surgery go from being the best in the area to the worst! At one time I would always sing the praises of the doctors at warstones surgery, now at a time when many other practices are allowing patients in it is near impossible to get an appointment no matter what your condition. They say to use the app but that isn't fit for purpose above renewing your prescription. Many more people will die from other issues. than covid

   Phone calls promised and not made by receptionists. One of them actually lies and had zero compassion. Total incompetence. One time waiting 60 mins from appointment start time before called in to consultation room! No warning or apology! No female GP. 6 week examination from labour not performed despite 2nd degree tear and no stitches. Over 6 weeks before a referral was actually sent to get a lump investigated in hospital as GP couldn't tell if it was benign or not.... drs don't listen or explain. The list goes on. Negligent practice since de Rosa and Williams left. Avoid if you actually want medical care

   I never write reviews or complain. I use the doctors seldom and only as a last resort. But what a farce. Since Dr De Rosa & Williams have gone its gone to rat. Booked a so called phone referral never came. Went to the walk in centre who then instructed the Doctor to see me. Still nothing. I bet they don't forget to get the money they claim for you as a patient. I really fear for anyone needing medical attention.
