   I have been treated by Manisha for around ten weeks now as I'm suffering from a slipped disc which puts pressure on the nerves causing severe lower back and leg pain.    I've been seeing Manisha for around a year. I had very bad muscle pain under my shoulder blade which she expertly fixed with acupuncture and deep massage. I now just go monthly for maintenance treatments (the pain is much eased but I still slump so it comes back!!). Manisha is brilliant at what she does and worked miracles for me as I was in so much pain! She is kind and approachable and really puts you at ease. I would definitely recommend Harmony Physiotherapy and have done to my friends and family!

   Cannot praise Manisha enough. From the moment she begins her assessment of your problem you can see she is highly experienced which is very reassuring. The problem is explained in detail which is very helpful. My experience of the actual treatment was instant relief after 2 weeks of intense pain followed up by a 2nd treatment. Manisha also discusses a plan of aftercare to ensure you are doing the right things to help the healing process. I work in physiotherapy myself but this is first time I've ever needed treatment and i would highly recommended Manisha. Feel like my old self again.
