I have recently completed a treatment programme with Andrew Oliver Physiotherapy. I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and have a longstanding intestinal problem that has been treated by various practitioners in the past. I received an outstanding service during my treatment both with the problems of my neck and shoulder and with my stomach problems. I was really impressed with the results of the acupuncture treatment which was effective and remarkably relaxing. The physiotherapist I saw is highly qualified both as a physiotherapist and an acupuncturist. He was professional, thorough, explained his treatment programme to me in detail so that I felt I had been listened to and understood. That can be a very unusual experience. I also felt that unecessary treatment would not be given for the sake of it. I felt I was in control of my treatment and the manner in which it was delivered was polite and thoughtful. I now feel well and have been referred appropriately by the service to a consultant who will be following up further treatment I require. I would recommend this service to anyone who required highly professional physiotherapy and will consider using it again if I should need to. Nina Wolverhampton
