Ran out of oat milk at 2pm on a Friday afternoon when Tesco is across the car park...? Paid £3.95 for a coconut flat white only to be given cows milk anyway. Good job I am not allergic.

Went to get a coffee in here was delighted with the staff and customer service. All good so far when I went to sit down on the settee it had foam hanging out of it.Chairs were also ripped and dirty. This is a total disgrace in this day and age.For the money Costa charge customers shouldnt have to sit on furniture that would look better in a dump. You all have been warned and what to expect. If it wasnt for the friendly inviting staff I would leave well alone.

Absolute pity, I came in today to work (From 11:00am) and have a wee coffee, I was served a Latte, which didn't taste right at all, I'm not sure if they used old coffee beans or was just beyond watered down. Went down to tell the server and he looked at us, grunted, threw the coffee down the sink and charged us for another one! Which by the way, isn't any better. Absolutely shocked at the service by this man and the quality of the coffee.

This coffee shop desperately needs a make over, as the seats are showing their age and need replacing. I sat on a sofa with my friend and the stuffing was falling out of it. Not a good look for a major chain. Price's are compatible with other places, but the portions for a slice of cake are child size. I think £3.95 is a rip off, for a tiny slice. The staff seem friendly enough, but tend to chat amongst themselves, rather than focusing on the customer.

Needed to use toilet badly no toilet available because of deep clean!... could toilet not be deep cleaning during closing hours that would make sense and be better for your customers. Thanks

Always dirty. They ran out of sugar so just used a shared jar of it (not very hygenic) no take away cups and customer not informed until at the till to order, never any clean cuttlery, staff get orders wrong or don't keep up with demand and ignore other customers. Upstairs always shut, food never presented well, place needs closed and renovated as its very tired inside. Better to go to Costa Newtownabbey or Belfast City Centre.

The coffees are great, of course. But tried the Ruby Hot Chocolate, which was a total disappointment. It tasted like a strawberry protein juice. Weird. The sandwiches are comparatively pricey for the quantity. I'm sure the desserts and cakes are better. Overall, it's just okay.
