The customer service is absolutely appalling. The man grabbed the food out of my hand without even saying hello. He was rude and condescending the whole time (when he actually communicated to us). The packaging of my sandwich was mislabelled as ham, when it turned to be pesto tomato.

The staff working on Saturday afternoon, the 26th, was amazing. The service was incredibly friendly. I noticed this with every customer. Please value your employees. They truly made a difference in my day. Thank you guys
Had a really nice lunch, some relaxation and catching up on a little TV. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. A really nice spot to meet, people watch and experience a multicultural mix of people.
A lovely cafe in the heart of Belfast at this busy intersection. The service was prompt and friendly. The apple strudel comes highly recommended. But the star of the show is the furniture. Big plump leather chairs and sofas, the definition of snug. In addition there are a fair few plugs available for your hungry phone to charge on.
Staff are friendly I love that it's dog friendly too as my dog and I usually stop here for coffee, place needs a good clean and chairs updated, the toilets aren't the best tbh. A good clean and brush of the floor wouldn't go amiss.
Very nice staff, felt really welcome and the obviously take care about their job. Shame the toilet was out of order. It must have been a bit more busy than usual as they could have done with another member of staff - quality of service did not drop, customers simply had to wait a smidgen longer than perhaps expected.
Snug little coffee shop. Good spot to stop and get a great cup of coffee. Like most Cafe Nero shops it has a good range of comfortable seating. Overall very good.
