Great coffee and great service! Very central location, so very handy to go grab a coffee when shopping.

Girl working there grabbed a espresso shot pot, straight from the sink, it was covered with old milk and washing liquid - flat white tasted metallic because of that. Water for americano was taken from espresso machine spout, even LaMarzocco manufacturer doesn’t recommend doing that. Definitely the worst coffee experience in Belfast.

Pretty sub standard coffee. Espresso is not prepared as it should be, ruining the taste, especially for what is charged! A coffee hatch like this should be a quick stop off when one is in a rush, but when I've gone past on several occasions the barista is rolling a cigarette (on the counter!!) or away on a smoke break. Wouldn't recommend.

Can only be described as the best coffee in Belfast. Nestles away in a small pay by card only kiosk directly facing city hall. Coffee is unique nordic style, produced in environmentally friendly recyclable materials. Definitely worth a visit!

Smaller serving hatch with no seats but same excellent coffee as the larger Kaffe Os. Added benefit of speedier service with cash free. Tap and go! Definitely the way forward. Great to see a local company taking on the big guys and providing a quality product. You can really taste the difference.
