lovely welcoming environment and very fast service, my drink was made by a friendly blonde barista who gave me a personal recommendation of the seasonal pistachio matcha and it was delicious, store was nice and clean just overall nice vibes

If I could give lower for the service I would, there is a blonde boy and everyone he served made them feel uncomfortable. One lady passed him a toastie and asked for 3 cakes and after she finished he said ‘wait a minute I need to put your toastie in’ when there was no room in the cooker. He was fixing her tray and forks moved and she went to help and he replied ‘don’t worry I got it’ then muttered something under his breath. He then said the price and she replied ‘is that for my 2 cappuccino too’ and he said ‘no I didn’t know you wanted that’ Another customer was waiting on their food being heated and when he handed it to her she asked something but then said it don’t matter and he rolled his eyes as he walked away. I was also in here the previous day and sat at the same table. I had spilt matcha and there was still a sticky matcha stain on the table, flood and windowsill. And the fridges weren’t restocked at all. This is very poor.

Just received a breakfast panini here at Nero and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Looks and smells off even though the expiry date is within one day. It's a real shame as the coffee here is nice. Nero really need to up there game with their hot food choices.

Wasn't acknowledged at all when we came in, three gents behind the bar not one even said hello, was such an anti climax. There wasn't anyone else in the cue and about 3 sitting in the store. Staff had No aprons on. 10am on a Monday morning, no pastries or muffins, just looked scruffy and uncared for. Americanos were half full and hot chocolate was all foam. Was not worth anywhere close to £9. Wouldn't come in again.

Just spent such a lovely afternoon here studying with a friend. The service here is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gareth and Amy who we had a bit of craic with! We'll be back.

Barista seemed more interested in talking to his staff rather than serving a customer... come on, remember where the money's coming from next time

Every time I have been here the staff have always been super engaging and friendly. I would say this would be the best Nero in Belfast for that reason alone. My recent visit I brought my pet Prestyn, I was slightly nervous as I wasn't aware most Nero's are dog friendly but the staff all settled this and were super attentive and friendly even providing a pupacino for him to enjoy! Will defo be back. I have tagged Nero on the post on his IG: @Prestynthepug but couldn't praise the staff enough.

Went for an after work catch up with my friend and her adorable dog. Honestly can not speak highly enough of the staff. Warm and welcoming. So kind to Molly (the dog). We sat talking for ages so comfortable. So much so we didn't realise the staff starting to close up. They didn't want to interrupt us. Will definitely be back. Warm welcoming and amazing staff!! Thank you

Great corner coffee shop near the two waterfront hotels and St George’s market. Several great coffee blends (hot and cold) with numerous specialty drinks. Lots of sweet treats inside as well as pantry type items including pre-packaged sandwiches. The staff is friendly and responsive as well and the prices are reasonable - for Dublin anyway. ;-) Be sure to check out their almond croissant - out of this world!
