Last month we had some plumbing work done, and due to a few pipe leakages, our house carpet became dirty, stained, and soaked with water. Number One Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job restoring it, and the results were far better than we expected. A special thank you goes to the person who attended our home to clean, Ventsi. He took exceptional care while moving the furniture around during the cleaning process and treated everything with great respect. My sofa was stained and I found this service on Google. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they called me straight away, so I managed to book an appointment very quickly and easily. They told me they couldn't guarantee the stain to be fully removed due to chemicals I had used, but in fact they did an amazing job and my sofa is absolutely stunning! Thank you so much!
I had originally booked a carpet clean with a different company who let me down on the booking process, and I’m so that they did because I have now discovered number one carpet cleaning. Super company. Booking process was super efficient, prices were clear and fair. The gentleman who did the job today (Varban) did a really fantastic job - the carpets & couch look brand new again. He was also so considerate of the fact I had babies in the home at the time of the clean, making sure to keep noise down so they could nap. Will definitely use this company again for future cleans. This service was incredible! The attention to detail was phenomenal. Martin’s carpet knowledge was vast and he did an amazing job. Our white carpets which had greyed are fully restored. All stains were removed - I wouldn’t use anyone else.
