   As property management company we have approached MM Shine. On their website prices are quite attractive. Took one of rented properties where tenants vacating soon and need good window clean. As per website stated semi detached 3 bed with extension £30. So we did a test asking for quote. Ended up from £30 to £100. Apparently prices as advertised does not include VAT. And company doesn't seem to be VAT registered... Greediness brings you nothing

   I recommend this window cleaner Mario, because he does a good job, sends reminders that he's coming over, turns up on time, easy paying by Bank transfer, doesn't seem to bump up price if you don't get them done very frequently. His prices are value for money. Happy customer.
