   We’ve been really happy with ARO. Our regular cleaner Edison is fantastic: polite, punctual and detail-oriented. He takes initiative, even tidying up outside, for instance, if he sees a mess in the garden. Communication with ARO is easy, and the price is fair given the high quality of the work.

   When booking I requested deep cleaning service, the job was not done to a deep cleaning standard, the fridge was not cleaned out, several areas by the windows in the kitchen were missed, in the main bedroom they didn’t even move any furniture just cleaned around what they could see we had to ask them to move the bed to hoover behind there, dust remains on the curtains as well as the radiators. Plugs and plug holes full of dirt hair and mould, skirting boards are filthy. There was nothing deep about this clean they just did a surface clean really. They clearly just wanted to get the money and leave. The smaller bathroom is the only area that is properly cleaned. They also arrived 2hrs 15mins late, but this was communicated to us. Overall this clean was not worth the price paid feels like a scam.

   Are these lot for real? I booked ARO for an end of tenancy deep clean. They sent people who arrived almost 2 hours late to the property, after cleaning, our landlord disputed the cleanliness of the property and tried to claim cleaning fees. We informed them we had 'professional' cleaners in the property. The deposit protection people reached out to ARO for comment and ARO then LIED! They told DPS that we had only asked for basic cleaning and that the house was so dirty that they couldn't clean properly? Absolute crooks and would not recommend to anyone - 175 quid I won't be getting back
