   Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the Lady GP are both amazing, very supportive and i feel they go above and beyond to help you. Receptionist are polite and friendly which is also very important. Cant fault this GP atall, especially coming from an unsupportive GP surgery.

   I have a heart condition called Marfan syndrome. I asked for a MRI scan because I feel like zi was having issues with my heart, I also asked for a blood test linked to my heart as I have tried A and E (3), times they keep refusing. I asked the GP here.. Instead of the information being properly triaged. I was sent a text message stating I'll be removed as a patient for asking for help?,

   Would put 0 stars If I could. When I tried to phone in it says that the line is busy or they dont pick up at all. Tried to do a e consult but nothing came up. E consult was the only way I was able to get through to my GP... And the staff? No comment. :/ this place was decent a few years ago and now its just disappointing

   The staff are so rude. Even when you call at 8am apparently all appointments are gone, if the staff (meggy) don't like to hear your frustration they simply hang up the phone on you! Completely unprofessional rude place. Will be logging a complaint absolutely everywhere. Shambles of a place. Meggy accused me of being abusive when I called back asking why she cut me off, an absolute lie when I did not. Just a joke of a place with a reception full of staff who do absolutely nothing but doss around. MAKING EMERMIES WITH THE LOCALS CLEARLY STUPID.... can't always hide behind a phone !

   Receptionist (selma) is the most Rude person going!! And Megan is just as bad... both arrogant, obnoxious. Think they know everything, talk over you when your talking and try to rush you off the phone when I've waited 40mins for them to answer. Debbie is the best receptionist and has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm surprised the other 2 are still there but clearly sue don't care about her staff!!

   Just when you thought this surgery couldn’t get any worse the lies continue. Called @ 1015hrs used the call back service, received text message @ 1216hrs saying your surgery tried to call you, LIES LIES LIES. Why do you need to do this????? Absolute joke!!!!!!! Oh by the way i have a referral from 111 so thanks for that.
